Introduction to Aromatherapy Class
Learn about essential oils and make your own personalized products to take home!
WHAT: An enjoyable, afternoon class designed to give you the foundation to start utilizing aromatherapy in your every day life!
You will learn:
* What is aromatherapy?
* What are essential oils?
* The history of aromatherapy
* How to use essential oils/ Methods of application
* How to buy quality oils
* How to make your own blends for personal use
You will enjoy:
* Smelling and experimenting with oils
* Making your own aromatherapy mist
* Making your own bath product
* Taking home a reference folder with recipes and information

INSTRUCTOR: Valkyrie Lang, owner of A Natural High. Val has worked with essential oils for over 10 years and purchased the "Essential Oil Pool" a Canadian essential oil importer in 2003. Val has taught her "Introduction to Aromatherapy" Class since 2006 at various Adult Continuing Education/Informal Classes and workshops.

*WE GIVE BACK! A Natural High supports the local community by giving charitable donations to non-profits that encourage women to reach their full potential. We also support alternative education and several organizations that raise money for health awareness issues.
We also give between 5- 10% of our gross sales to national and international animal welfare groups like Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and The Humane Society of the United States. |
