All orders are sent USPS Priority Mail. If your order arrives damaged, you are responsible for contacting us with 72 hours to notify us of the damage (please save all packing materials). If you do not contact us within that timeframe, we will not be responsible for replacing your order. All orders are packaged in the most environmentally manner possible. Please reuse or recycle your packaging.

Sales up to $9.99 ($5.00); sales $10.00-$49.99
($7.00); sales $50.00-$99.99 ($10.00); sales $100.00-$199.99 ($15.00) sales
$200.00 and up (please call for quote). Due to the volitale price of
gasoline, shipping rates subject to change without notice.
A Natural High does not charge a Handling or Processing Fee for orders. We do not make a profit from shipping and try to charge a rate truly reflective of your order. Sometimes this is not possible due to the erratic prices of some essential oils. Shipping can be adjusted for small quantities of oils that are inherently expensive. Please Contact Us.
Again, thank you for your business and your patience while we perfect our ordering system. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping fees. You must include your reason for returning your order and return all items within 14 days. We will issue you a cash credit within 30 days. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON HERBAL OR HB FORMULAS, AND ESSENTIAL OILS. We cannot guarantee the integrity of these items once the package has been opened. NO EXCEPTIONS! |
